Will the curtains fit my windows?

The curtains are 117cm × 137cm per panel (2 panels included). This fits most standard UK bedroom windows when hung side by side (up to 230cm width). For specific sizing, email support@shiftsleep.store

Is the weighted blanket safe?

Yes. The 12lb blanket is for adults 165-250 lbs, following the 7-12% body weight guideline. Not for children under 5 or those with respiratory issues.
