How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping coming soon.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way on our track my order page.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-night sleep guarantee.
Try Shift Sleep risk-free for a full month. If you’re not sleeping better, return your order for a complete refund. No questions asked.
How to return:
1. Email support@shiftsleep.store within 30 days of receiving your order
2. We’ll provide return instructions
3. Send items back in original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days once we receive your return

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
PRODUCTS
Will the blackout curtains fit my windows?
The curtains measure 46” × 54” (117cm × 137cm) per panel, and you receive 2 panels in the Complete System.
This fits most standard UK bedroom windows when hung side by side.
Measuring your windows:
• Measure the width of your window frame
• If under 90” (230cm) wide, two panels will provide full coverage
• For larger windows, contact us at support@shiftsleep.com
The curtains have pre-fitted eyelets and work with any standard curtain rod.
Are the products machine washable?
Yes!
Weighted Blanket:
• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
• Tumble dry low
• Do not bleach or iron
Blackout Curtains:
• Machine wash cold
• Tumble dry low
• Quick iron or low-heat steam removes wrinkles
Sleep Mask:
• Hand wash with mild soap
• Air dry
Earplugs:
• Wash with warm water and mild soap
• Air dry before storing in case

Why do I need all four items?
Sleeping during the day requires creating a complete nighttime environment:
Blackout curtains eliminate ambient sunlight in your room
Weighted blanket calms your nervous system so you can relax
Sleep mask handles any remaining light that sneaks in
Earplugs block daytime noise that curtains can’t
Each item addresses a different barrier to daytime sleep. Together, they create what sleep scientists call an “optimal sleep environment” - dark, quiet, cool, and calming.
A sleep mask alone isn’t enough. This is a system.
Is the weighted blanket safe?
Yes.
The 12lb (5.4kg) weighted blanket is recommended for adults weighing 165-250 lbs (75-113 kg), following the 7-12% body weight guideline.
Safe for:
• Adults who meet the weight range
• Side sleepers, back sleepers, stomach sleepers
• Year-round use (breathable fabric)
Not recommended for:
• Children under 5 years old
• People with respiratory issues
• People with circulation problems
The weighted blanket uses high-density glass beads (not plastic pellets) distributed evenly in box-stitched compartments. It’s designed to create gentle, even pressure - like a firm hug - not crushing weight.
